I went to log into my neteller account just to see what the status of my withdrawal is these days. Not only does it say uncertified, but the pending withdrawal is hidden in the archives instead of being where it normally is.

Would I have to go ahead and recertify the thing? If so, why was it uncertified in the first place?

Maybe I should just call, but I hate calling these places as nobody ever knows anything and it turns into a bad temper situation.

Anyone else have this happen?

FYI, I'm quite certain it was de-certified (like all Americans) to prevent you from making peer-to-peer transfers - god forbid you should try to get your money that way.
